Application Process




Attorneys apply for funding by submitting an application form by email. The form asks for information about the expense, including the amount, whether it will be a recurring expense, and how the funding will benefit the attorney’s client. If the request is approved, the Board informs the attorney. The attorney pays for the expense and submits a receipt, at which point we reimburse the attorney. Money is never given directly to the attorney’s client to ensure that funds are spent only on approved expenses.
